Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vectors to Hired website and application at vectorstohired.com ("Service"), operated by Svor Aviation ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your Account settings.
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written permission
Redistribute, resell, or share paid content from the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including interview questions, answers, study materials, and software, is the property of Svor Aviation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. User-Submitted Content

When you submit interview gouge or other content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display that content as part of the Service. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

7. AI Features

The Service includes AI-powered features (Voice Coach, mock interviews) provided through third-party AI services. AI-generated feedback is for educational and preparatory purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI responses, and they should not be relied upon as professional advice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the Service, including interview or checkride results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Svor Aviation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
