Vectors to Hired ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Svor Aviation. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app and website at vectorstohired.com.

Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

• Email address — provided when you subscribe through Stripe, Apple, or Google. Used to identify your account and manage your subscription.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe (web), Apple (iOS), or Google (Android). We never see or store your credit card number.
• Study progress — flashcard progress, scores, and preferences are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this data to our servers.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain your subscription
• To restore your account across devices
• To communicate about your account if necessary

Data Storage

Your study data (progress, scores, preferences) is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage. This data is not transmitted to our servers. If you clear your browser data or uninstall the app, this data will be lost.

Third-Party Services

• Stripe — processes web payments. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Apple / Google — process in-app purchases on their respective platforms.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — powers the AI Coach feature. Your spoken or typed answers are sent to Anthropic's API for evaluation and are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Netlify — hosts our website. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share information as described above with service providers necessary to operate the app.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app's Account page, Apple Settings, or Google Play subscriptions.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
