  • Arrive early to meet people and calm nerves
  • Include quieter candidates in conversations
  • Be genuine and show you're happy to be there
  • Speak slowly and clearly
  • Research extensively on multiple platforms
  • Stay overnight before interview day to acclimate

Interview Experience

Applied December 2025 and got rejected right away, but they invited me to reapply in January. Did an assessment with FA scenarios, then a video interview which honestly terrified me because English isn't my first language. Prepped for two solid days and stuck a note under my camera reminding me to smile. Got invited to a face-to-face in Texas about a week later. Flew in the day before to get comfortable, walked around, practiced talking to people. Interview day I showed up two hours early, chatted with other candidates, tried to include the quiet ones in conversation. They called us by name throughout the day and you could feel the energy shift when people got cut. Ended up getting the CJO. Best advice: just be yourself and smile.

Interview Stages

In-person interviewDecision communicated on the spot (same day)

Tips

  • Endeavor tells you the result right after the interview - same day decision
  • If you don't meet hour minimums, they may invite you back when within 25 hours of minimums rather than outright rejecting you
  • Decision is communicated in person at the interview, not via email or phone later
  • Some other airlines communicate decisions via phone call within a few days

Interview Experience

Interviewed in person at Endeavor and they told me right there on the spot. Didn't get the CJO because I was short on hours, but they said come back when I'm within 25 of the mins. At least they don't leave you hanging for weeks wondering.

Interview Experience

Got positive space on Delta to MSP the night before. They put us up at the Holiday Inn in Eagan, not the nicest place but free breakfast and a shuttle so whatever. Showed up at Endeavor HQ and a nine-year captain from New York ran a PowerPoint while the panel reviewed our logbooks. Interview was with that captain, another captain who was also a sim instructor, and an HR rep. Mix of behavioral stuff, some technical on approaches and multi-engine systems, and a few WWYD scenarios about ops decisions and ethics. Waited about fifteen minutes after, then they handed me the CJO letter. Did fingerprinting, paperwork, and they cabbed us to a drug test nearby before heading back to the airport.
