Company history

Endeavor Air's lineage traces back to one of the original U.S. regional airlines:

• 1985: Pinnacle Airlines founded as Express Airlines I in Memphis, Tennessee, operating as Northwest Airlink
• 2002: Pinnacle Airlines became an independent regional carrier after Northwest Airlines ownership changes
• 2007: Pinnacle acquired Colgan Air and Mesaba Airlines
• 2012: Pinnacle Airlines Corp. filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy (April)
• 2013: Delta Air Lines acquired Pinnacle Airlines; renamed it Endeavor Air (August)
• 2013-present: Operates exclusively as Delta Connection under Delta's wholly owned subsidiary model
