Built by a Pilot
Vectors to Hired was founded by Ryan Svor. Ryan built VTH because he saw firsthand how fragmented and outdated interview prep resources were. Scattered forum posts, paywalled gouge sites with stale data, and prep services that cost hundreds of dollars for recycled material.
With real-world experience understanding what pilots actually need to prepare, Ryan set out to build something better — a single platform where you can study operator-specific questions, practice your answers with an AI coach that gives real-time feedback, and research every airline before you walk through the door.
