Interview Experience
“Spirit interview day is mostly group activities and games with a quick 15-minute panel squeezed in between. It's about 75% personality, 25% technical. You start in a group session doing intros, then get called out one at a time for the panel. They ask 'Why Spirit?' in about five different ways so have a good answer ready. Technical side was an approach chart briefing and some limitations questions. Before you even get invited you'll do a Gallup personality assessment over the phone. Suit up, be professional. Note: Spirit filed Chapter 11 in late 2024.”
