Then a video interview (Skype or similar) that gets more technical with TMAAT questions, approach briefings, and a deep resume dive. If you make it past both of those they fly you to Columbus for the final round: logbook review, sim eval, and a sit-down with upper management. The sim is about showing you can fly a jet safely, not perfection. They really push the customer service angle. If you get to Columbus you're in good shape since the phone rounds already filtered most people out.”
