Behavioral Questions

  • Friendly TMAAT questions

Company Questions

  • Lots of info on company provided during interview

Tips

  • E-Jet training can take longer than quoted 4 months (6+ months reported)
  • CRJ training approximately 4 months
  • Reserve in IAH reported as minimal
  • Company primarily hiring for E-Jet program

Interview Experience

Went to PHX for the in-person. Friendly TMAAT questions and a long company info presentation. Heads up on training timelines: CRJ is about 4 months but E-Jet can stretch to 6+ because of sim slot availability. When I went through they were mostly hiring E-Jet pilots.
