Second is a pilot panel with 3 pilots from different fleets asking TMAAT behavioral stuff about actual flight experiences. Third is a management panel with a Hawaiian rep and an Alaska rep covering personal background and culture fit. No sim, no tech questions, no written test. Very conversational. Be humble, be genuine, don't try to be someone you're not.”
