Aeronautical knowledge test described as 'really really hard'. Best prep: 'Everything for Professional Pilot' and 'Aero for Naval Aviators' books. Delta Test gouge is decent supplemental prep. FAA Pilot Handbook also very helpful. Three tests total on day 1: psych eval, cognitive, and aeronautical knowledge.

Standard behavioral and WWYD questions too. No written test, no sim. They want to see real instructional experience, whether that's sim instructor, LCA, PCA, or military IP. It's about how well you can break down a concept and get it across.”
