“Applied for the Delta Propel Flight Academy pathway online. Did an online assessment, then a one-on-one at Vero Beach with an academy recruiter. They focused on behavioral stuff, overcoming adversity type questions. Took about 3 months start to finish. Didn't get picked up.”

AON Cut-E cognitive games testing spatial reasoning and aptitude. Kit Darby study materials available. Mixed results on whether preparation helps versus natural approach.

“Delta pre-interview pipeline right now is the fix-it email, then you wait anywhere from a week to over a month for the AON assessment invite. AON uses Cut-E cognitive games testing spatial reasoning and aptitude. If you pass, you get the interview invite. Some people cleared it without much prep, others studied hard and still got the TBNT. Rejections can come quick after the assessment.”
