Interview Experience

Atlas starts with a phone screen about why you want to work there. If they like you, you get an online test: 50 questions in 60 minutes. Covers weather symbols, runway lighting, METARs, that kind of stuff. Harder than you'd expect, study up. Think Sheppard Air airline prep level. Pass that and you go to MIA for the in-person. Three parts: employment history review, tech session where they have you brief an approach and read a TAF, and a behavioral panel. Interviewers were professional and not trying to trip you up. Heard back within two weeks. If you got it they call with a class date or pool you. If not, you get a FedEx letter.
