Interview Experience
“ATI moved fast. Started with a quick chat with the ACP about my flight time, multi time, and whether I had my ATP-CTP. He kicked me over to a Zoom panel with the CP and flight ops people. Zoom interview was super laid back, TMAAT behavioral stuff and they had me brief a Jepp plate, I think it was Seattle or JFK. Got my CJO four days later. Contract negotiations have their issues but the pilot group is solid and you get some good heavy cargo flying.”
