AWAC interview has a written test, tech interview, and HR interview. Written test went from 10 to 50 questions between 2013 and 2014. ATP-level material. They dropped the sim requirement by 2014. Got my offer same day, class started two weeks later. Turnaround from app to interview invite was quick.

Air Wisconsin was looking for about 30 pilots in 2010. Chronic captain shortage plus summer flying ramp-up. If you wanted an interview you pretty much had to do the in-person resume drop. Furlough recalls had priority over new hires.
