Interview Experience
“Airshare does a full day at their KC headquarters. Company presentation to kick it off, then a written quiz on general aviation knowledge. If you meet their mins you should be fine on the test. Multiple interview rounds after that: HR, pilot leadership one-on-ones, then a panel with the CP, ACPs, and VP Flight Ops. Standard TMAAT format, nothing designed to trip you up. Lunch provided, plus a tour of the ops center. Everyone I talked to said the same thing: professional but chill. Reimbursement for travel came through fast.”
