Expect interviewers to probe your Phenom 300 or Citation XLS systems knowledge alongside TMAAT-style scenarios around fatigue management, safety culture, and owner relations. Interview Experience
There were 7 persons being interviewed on the same day. We assembled in the lobby and were escorted to the AirShare office and huddled in a conference room. First was a company presentation given by one of the assistant chief pilots and a benefits discussion with the D/HR. After that we were taken back to the huddle room for the written test. Each candidate then had 2 interviews. One interview was with the D/HR and the Chief Pilot the other interview was with two assistant chief pilots.
Each of the interviews were short and focused with questions like why AirShare, TMaAT, and other common interview questions. I was worried about the written test, and can confidently say to not worry about it.
After each person completed their 2 interviews we re-assembled in the large conference room for lunch and a more informal Q&A with the 4 interviewers and the recruiter.
